I am a confessed real estate junkie who is never without a journal, magazine, or newspaper. Over the years I spent much of my free time helping friends and local business owners do home repair, handyman jobs, and new construction projects. I participated in nine or ten rehab projects and sold a few of my own houses, too. I have even worked as both a painter and a window washer on the side. (You wouldn’t believe how a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned windows will increase the perceived value of a home!) I have also participated at special events at Alltel stadium, the Arena, the shrimp festival, the Super Bowl, Jacksonville’s South Bank concerts, and other events with over 100,000 in attendance. My consequent background in building construction, my inside knowledge of local neighborhoods, and my dedication as a community servant set me apart from the rest. This is My Hometown I was born and raised in the Orange Park / Greater Jacksonville area. I attended these area schools, grew up in these neighborhoods, root for the Jags, and conduct business with the locals.
